Here at the Just Ask Initiative, we know how hard it is to gain the courage to ask for help. That’s why we built an online platform to find outlets and bring awareness to mental health and suicide prevention. The Just Ask Initiative was founded in 2022 by Ryan Mullan, an Air Force Veteran and Aurora Fire Fighter. During his service to this country and his community, he became a survivors advocate for sexual assault survivors and mental health warriors. While dedicating his life to those in need, he realized the most helpful type of support was the ability to gain courage to Just Ask for help. That is why JUST ASK was created! Just Ask is a group of dedicated individuals that are willing to listen and support, bringing total awareness for those in need. We are here for you; all you have to do is JUST ASK!
